Nobody should feel stupid reading a wine list.

So we sit at your table instead.

Photograph the list. We read it, and we tell you which wines actually work with what you ordered, why each one does, and how to say it out loud.

State: so we can tell you when we reach your area. Favorite restaurant: so we know where to bring PairMe next. Both are optional.

How it works

Five steps, and you only ever do three of them.

1

Tell us what you like

Six questions that get to the bottom of it. Not just red or white, but what you actually reach for, what you'd never order twice, and how far off your own map you want to go tonight. Skip them all and you still get a real pick. It'll just be less yours.

Question 4 of 6 Skip
What do you already love?
Burgundy Loire whites Barolo orange wine
Rather not
heavy oak sweet
2

Take a picture of any menu

Or don't. We already hold thousands of menus and wine lists, so if you want to do the prep, it's done already. Turn up at the table knowing how to order like a somm.

3

Tell us what you're ordering

Any combination, any number of people, any way you want to drink it. One bottle for the table, a glass per course, or one wine that has to stretch from the oysters to the cheese. We can pair it.

Starters
Moules en cassoulette $22
mussels, Sancerre, shallots, crème fraîche
Escargots de Bourgogne $19

Mains
Steak frites Aquitaine $48

Show us the wine list

We'll tell you what to drink. The best options on their list for what's coming to your table, with the reason each one works. Not a list of wines. A reason.

The roti has morels, the steak has black truffle. Both point at the same bottle, so one wine covers two mains and gives up nothing.

Look brilliant

How to say it, what it means, why it works. Everything a sommelier knows, minus the hundreds of hours, the thousands of dollars, and the eyebrow.

Scan the code on your table and go. The six questions are there if you want them, and every one is skippable.
We say when a house is featuring a wine
Marked as theirs, every time it appears. You aren't paying more for the suggestion, but you should still know which one it is.
You were always going to get good at this. You just never had ten years to spend in a cellar.
Be the sommelier you never had time to become.
For restaurants

A sommelier experience for every guest, without a sommelier.

No somm-trained staff, no Tuesday gap, no table that never gets walked through the list. And every diner feels good about ordering another bottle, because they understand why it's the right one.

Build the list, or hand it to us
Type it, photograph it page by page, or send a spreadsheet. If you'd rather not touch it at all, we'll build it and send it back for your approval. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Every dish paired to your list
Not generic advice. Your menu against your cellar, item by item, so the recommendation is always something you can actually pour tonight.
See what your distributors have
When a dish has no good match on your list, we show you what's available locally that would fill the gap. Buying decisions with the pairing already done.
By the glass, by the bottle, your call
Run it as pours, as bottles, or both. Course it if you want a glass with every plate. You set what we're allowed to suggest.
Feedback on all four things
The wine, the food, the service, and the pairing, rated separately by the table that ate it. Anonymous, and specific enough to act on.

Be there when they come looking
Diners search for a bottle they loved and want the dish that goes with it. When that bottle is on your list, your room is the answer.
Send us your wine list. We'll build the page and hand it back for approval.
Free to start, no contract. The page carries your name, and we take nothing on what gets poured.
